Synthesis of Enzymes and Soil Micro-Organisms

Soil contains both biotic and abiotic matter that provides:

  • The medium for plant growth
  • A habitat for microorganisms
  • Building Blocks for the soil ecosystem

The microbial community is essential to the process of decomposition of organic matter, and the development of healthy nutrient cycles within the soil.

Enzyme activity as an indicator of soil health

Soil microbes and enzymes are co-dependent on one another and enhance soil fertility.  This is achieved by bio-synthesis that unlocks capture nutrients in the soil and increases the nutrient availability for plant growth. It enhances nutrient release from the soil, and root and leaf absorption by the plant

Microbes within the soil, including bacteria, fungi, and algae associated with the soil growth-promoting rhizobacteria, regulate plant growth by producing hormones that protect plants from disease-causing pathogens.
